pdf24 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing all Malaysian users' use of the pdf24 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. Last updated: January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the pdf24 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the pdf24 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and pdf24. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest terms in effect.
The pdf24 platform is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and above. Registration and use of the platform by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the required age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the pdf24 platform. Registering more than one account using the same or different information is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
All information provided during registration — including your name, Malaysian phone number, and other details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. pdf24 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and may request supporting documents where necessary.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. pdf24 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any unofficial channel.
If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the pdf24 support team immediately through official channels. You remain responsible for all activity that occurs within your account until a formal report has been received by us.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the pdf24 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems
- Sharing account access or allowing a third party to use your account
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through multiple account registrations or other fraudulent methods
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Providing false or misleading information during the registration or verification process
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the pdf24 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports local deposit and withdrawal methods including bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, and mobile banking. No foreign currency exchange is involved in standard transaction processing.
Deposits credited to an account are final and non-reversible except in exceptional circumstances agreed upon by pdf24. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) procedures that may be required prior to first-time processing. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and the operating hours of the relevant financial institution.
Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity will be blocked immediately and reported to the relevant authorities. pdf24 reserves the right to hold and review any suspicious transaction without being obliged to provide reasons to the user while an investigation is ongoing.
Bonuses and promotions credited to a user's account are subject to separate bonus-specific terms, including wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus funds may be withdrawn. Please refer to the relevant bonus terms for full details.
